Supertramp

Supertramp is a British rock band that was formed in 1969 by Rick Davies and Roger Hodgson. The band's lineup changed over the years, with Davies and Hodgson being the core members throughout most of their history.

Supertramp gained popularity in the 1970s with their unique blend of progressive rock and pop music, as well as their sophisticated lyrics and intricate musical arrangements. Some of their most popular songs include "The Logical Song," "Give a Little Bit," "Dreamer," "Take the Long Way Home," and "Breakfast in America."

The band's most successful album, "Breakfast in America," was released in 1979 and went on to sell over 20 million copies worldwide. The album featured several hit singles, including the title track, "The Logical Song," and "Goodbye Stranger."

In 1983, Hodgson left the band to pursue a solo career, and Supertramp continued on with Davies as the main songwriter and vocalist. The band continued to release albums and tour throughout the 1980s and 1990s, but they never achieved the same level of commercial success as they did in the 1970s.

Despite the changes in the band's lineup over the years, Supertramp's music has remained popular among fans of classic rock, and their songs continue to be played on radio stations around the world.
